In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the obm88 Platform. This age threshold is non-negotiable and applies to all Users regardless of local legal minimums in their specific region. obm88 strictly enforces this policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The obm88 Platform is operated offshore and is accessible to users internationally. obm88 primarily targets users resident in the Republic of Indonesia. Users acknowledge that the legality of online gambling may vary by jurisdiction and that they are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Restricted Persons. You may not use the Platform if you are:

• Under 21 years of age;
• An employee, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of obm88 or its technology and payment partners, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where the Company has elected to block access;
• A person who has self-excluded from the obm88 Platform under any active self-exclusion arrangement.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances in excess of the original deposit.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the obm88 Platform, you must complete the registration form and create an Account. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Required Information. During registration, you will be asked to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. This information is required for both account management and KYC verification purposes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. obm88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify obm88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Where your contact details, banking information, or residential address change, you must update your account profile promptly. obm88 reserves the right to suspend accounts where material information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

4.1 Verification Requirement. obm88 is required by its licensing conditions to verify the identity of all registered Users. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and in some cases before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

4.2 Acceptable Identity Documents. To complete KYC verification, you must provide at least one of the following valid government-issued identity documents:

• Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) — Indonesian National Identity Card;
• Indonesian Passport (data page);
• SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) — Indonesian Driver's License (accepted as supplementary document only, not as sole ID).

4.3 Additional Documentation. obm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to: proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), proof of payment method ownership (photo of bank card, e-wallet screenshot), or source-of-funds declaration for accounts with large transaction volumes.

4.4 Verification Timeline. obm88 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of all required documents being submitted. For complex cases, review may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is confirmed.

4.5 Refusal of Verification. If a User fails to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, obm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and return any verified deposits (net of any withdrawals already made) to the User.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. obm88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific channels may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The standard minimum deposit on obm88 is Rp 50.000 (Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Certain promotional offers may specify a higher minimum deposit as a qualifying condition.

5.3 Currency. All Account balances are maintained exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made from payment instruments denominated in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any conversion costs are the User's responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and all supported e-wallets are typically credited to the Account in real time or within 5 minutes. obm88 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's banking institution or payment provider.

5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered Account holder are strictly prohibited. Such deposits may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.

6.1 Withdrawal Channels. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets registered in the same name as the obm88 Account. Supported channels mirror those listed for deposits (Clause 5.1). obm88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (One Hundred Thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

6.3 Processing Time. obm88 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes of a verified withdrawal request being approved. Processing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 60 minutes. obm88 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be approved:

• KYC verification must be complete and confirmed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must have been fulfilled;
• The Account must not be under investigation, suspended, or subject to a self-exclusion period;
• The withdrawal destination must match the last verified payment method used for deposits, unless alternative verification has been completed.

6.5 Large Withdrawals. obm88 reserves the right to pay out large withdrawals (amounts exceeding Rp 25.000.000) in installments, subject to the Company's standard anti-money-laundering (AML) due diligence procedures. Users will be notified of any installment schedule.

6.6 Withdrawal Fees. obm88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. For withdrawals processed outside the User's primary registered payment channel, additional verification may be required.

7.1 Offer Availability. All bonuses and promotional offers on the obm88 Platform are subject to specific terms including: bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet restriction while bonus is active, and validity period. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is activated.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, wagering requirements are calculated on the combined value of the deposit and bonus (D+B). A wagering requirement expressed as "30×" means that the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount must be staked thirty times in qualifying games before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the obm88 Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows (unless the specific offer states otherwise):

• Slots and arcade games: 100% wagering contribution;
• Live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 20% wagering contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on settled single bets at odds of 1.50 or higher; mix parlay (accumulator) bets contribute at 100% only if all legs are settled;

7.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While any bonus is active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rp 500.000 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets placed above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.

7.5 Welcome Bonus — One Per Household. The welcome bonus is limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, payment method, and device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being forfeited and, in serious cases, the Account being suspended.

7.6 Offer Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

7.7 Right to Withdraw Offers. obm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a User's Account will not be retroactively removed, except in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms.

8.1 Accepted Bets. All bets on the obm88 Platform are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

8.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned) in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or materially changed (e.g., a neutral venue rule where a home/away designation was material to the odds);
• Odds were published in clear error — a "palpable error" — and the error was not made in good faith;
• Feeds or data providers supply incorrect information resulting in odds that do not reflect the true state of play;
• A togel (lottery) draw is cancelled or postponed by the issuing lottery authority;
• The relevant market is settled on the basis of proven incorrect data, subsequently corrected within 72 hours of the original settlement.

8.3 Palpable Errors. obm88 is not obliged to honour bets placed at odds that were clearly in error (e.g., odds of 100.0 offered for an outcome with an objective probability close to certainty). In such cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Users are advised not to bet on odds that appear manifestly incorrect.

8.4 Bandar Bola Markets. For bandar bola (Indonesian sports booking market) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets, the rules of the applicable governing body of the sport take precedence in determining match outcomes. In the event of ambiguity, obm88's internal rulings team decision is final.

8.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute relating to a specific bet settlement must be raised with obm88 customer support within 14 days of the relevant event settlement date. obm88 will review all disputes within 5 business days and communicate the outcome in writing via email or in-platform message.

9.1 Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the obm88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or financial information;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to obm88;
• Colluding with other users in any game of skill or chance to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event available on the Platform;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where the Company has implemented a geographic block;
• Allowing a minor (under 21) to use your Account;
• Transferring Account funds to other users' accounts or accepting transfers from them outside of formal promotional structures;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or proprietary systems.

9.2 Consequences. Without prejudice to any other rights, obm88 reserves the right upon detection of any prohibited activity to: immediately suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending bets; withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation; report the activity to law enforcement, banking regulators, or relevant licensing authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as applicable.

10.1 Commitment. obm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools available to every registered User at no cost.

10.2 Available Tools. Users may access the following responsible gaming tools via the Account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum permitted net loss over a defined period. The session ends automatically when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a preset period of continuous play.

11.1 Ownership. 11.2 Limited License. obm88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, publish, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; or use the obm88 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

11.3 User-Generated Content. To the extent you submit any content to obm88 (e.g., support communications, feedback), you grant obm88 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for internal purposes including platform improvement and training.

12.1 No Warranties. The obm88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. obm88 makes no express or implied warranties as to the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform.

12.2 Force Majeure. obm88 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, DDoS attacks, or third-party payment network outages.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, obm88 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. obm88's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.5 Gambling Risk. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited with obm88. obm88 is not responsible for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm arising from your gambling activity on the Platform.

13.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by obm88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 obm88 collects personal data including identity information, contact details, financial transaction data, and usage data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, marketing communications (where consented), and platform improvement.

13.3 obm88 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) under strict confidentiality obligations.

14.1 Suspension by obm88. obm88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory directive requiring account freeze;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Any activity that poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to obm88.

14.2 Account Closure by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting obm88 support. Before closure, all pending wagers must be settled and any active bonus must be either completed or forfeited. Verified remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

14.3 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by obm88 due to a breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Verified net deposits (deposits minus withdrawals already made) may be returned at obm88's discretion following investigation.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which obm88 holds its gaming license (the "License Jurisdiction"). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the obm88 Platform, you agree to first contact obm88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. obm88 will respond to formal written disputes within 10 business days.

15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified by obm88's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request.

15.4 Submission to Jurisdiction. For the purpose of any legal proceedings, the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the License Jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rights applicable in the User's country of residence.

16.1 obm88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated version at https://obm88.cam/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the revision date.

16.2 Where changes are material (e.g., changes to withdrawal fees, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria), obm88 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered Users before the changes take effect.

16.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes.
